Collaborative Cross mice were provided by Geniad Pty Ltd and bred at the Animal Resource Centre (Australia, WA, Perth). Where possible, standard CC strain nomenclature is used. The download file contains strain aliases. Collaborative Cross founder strains were obtained from The Jackson Laboratory and analyzed separately from the CC strains at the Maisonneuve-Rosemont Hospital Research Center (Montreal, Quebec, Canada).
