Zheng1: Study of middle ear function in 61 inbred strains of mice using tympanometry (2008)

Zheng QY, Tong YC, Alagramam KN, Yu H. Tympanometry assessment of 61 inbred strains of mice. Hear Res. 2007 Sep;231(1-2):23-3Epub 2007 Jun 2.   PubMed 17611057     FullText

Multiple readings were supplied for many animals; for MPD accessioning purposes we have taken the average for each animal. The project dataset 'nreadings' column shows the number of readings for each animal. Otosclerosis lesions were observed in all LP/J mice, but not observed in any other mice.
