An investigation of the cardiovascular effect of a
β-adrenergic receptor blocker and a β-agonist in four treatment group cohorts:
(1) Control;
(2) Treated with 10 mg/kg/day atenolol for 2 wks;
(3) Treated with 1 mg/kg/day isoproterenol for 2 wks;
(4) Treated with 10 mg/kg/day isoproterenol
for 2 wks.
