This project contains the withdrawal study component from the Gould nicotine study. Cohorts here include saline controls and nicotine dose groups of 3, 6.3, and 12 mg/kg.

Procedures conducted:

• behavior observation		Observed measures of anxiety during nicotine withdrawal. Nicotine (several high doses) vs. control.
• elevated plus maze		Measures of anxiety during nicotine withdrawal. Nicotine (several high doses) vs. control.
