Vendor Males mice were obtained from The Jackson Laboratory JAX® (Bar Harbor, ME)

Acclimation Mice were acclimated to the vivarium for approximately 20 days prior to the initiation of testing

No problems were noted. Animal use procedures were approved by the University of Rochester Animal Care Committee and were in accordance with the National Institutes of Health Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animal.
