Procedure
- Set up the clinical chemistry analyzer and perform QC analysis of the control reagents in accordance with equipment guidelines.
- At least 70 µL urine is collected into a microcentrifuge tube (collection is in the morning).
- Samples are kept on ice until analysis.
- Samples are analyzed on day of collection, undiluted.
