Vendor All mice obtained from The Jackson Laboratory (JAX®, Bar Harbor, ME), with the following exceptions: CD-1 obtained from Charles River, Raleigh NC; QSi5 obtained from Dr. Ian Martin of the University of Sydney and rederived into the Children's Nutrition Research Center mouse facility at Baylor College of Medicine (maintained as inbred strain)
