Health status
Sentinel mice were periodically examined throughout the study and were free of microbiological infections

Note: These same mice were tested for acoustic startle response and prepulse inhibition at 5-7 weeks of age by the Willott1 project and subjected to a morphological examination of the eye at 6-7 weeks of age by the Hawes1 project.

SEA/GnJ mice of two Bmp5 genotypes were tested in this project and significant differences were found for some parameters. See comparison plots of for all measurements.
