Facial shape coordinate data were collected on 22 three-dimensional landmarks in DO mice based on mean landmark position (centroid). Data were collected from seven DO generations. Genotypes are available at DODB (search for Hallgrimsson).

Experimental groups in this study:
• baseline

Procedures conducted:
• body weight
• bone dimensions  3D, craniofacial landmark coordinates based on centroid.
