Cocaine intravenous self-administration (IVSA) was assessed in male and female mice from 40 BXD recombinant inbred (RI) strains (at 0.56 mg/kg/infusion). Behavioral tests were carried out at 7 additional doses (0.032, 0.056, 0.32, 0.56, 0.1, 1.0 and 1.8 mg/kg/infusion) to establish full dose-response curves for 29 BXD RI strains.
