Procedure

a. Female mice from at least 1 litter are weighed.
b.
Mice are weaned at 25 days of age and transferred to female-only or male-only cages (up to ~4 mice/cage).
c. Each mouse is weighed at target ages 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, and 180 days.
d. The weighing tub is cleaned after weighing each set of littermates.

Data collected by investigator

Body weight at target ages of 30, 60, 90, 120, 150, and 180-days
