  Drug study: Cardiovascular response to beta-adrenergic blockade or activation in males of 23 inbred strains of mice
  An investigation of the cardiovascular effect of a β-adrenergic receptor blocker and a β-agonist in four treatment group cohorts: (1) Control; (2) Treated with 10 mg/kg/day atenolol for 2 wks; (3) Treated with 1 mg/kg/day isoproterenol for 2 wks; (4) Treated with 10 mg/kg/day isoproterenol for 2 wks.
 

Study design: control vs. intervention in various doses   4 cohorts.
