Transgenic survey: Metastatic progression of a mammary tumor determined by genetic background of 28 inbred strains of mice
An investigation of
primary mammary tumor latency, severity and metastasis.
Subjects were transgene positive (MMTV-PyMT) F1 virgin female progeny of different inbred strains of mice.
Primary tumors were noted and confirmed. Mice were analyzed 40 days later (aged to permit
metastatic progression).
Study design:
baseline survey;
1 cohort.
