An intercross between BALB/c-Bicc1jcpk-bpk and CAST/EiJ was generated to identify QTLs that modulate renal cystic disease severity. Kidney parameters were measured in F2 (bpk/bpk) mice at 12-16 days of age. For detailed protocols see Guay-Woodford et al 2000.
