Other actions

The above tools are used for working with MPD phenotype data. SNP-related tools are available on MPD's SNP home page.

By default, graphical views are rendered in PNG format. Most graphical views can optionally save results in EPS or SVG format for graphic arts purposes.

Tool limitations:

"Strain profiling" views can accept up to 15 measurements, except for the "overlaid data points" view which can accept only 8.

"Measurements" views can all accept up to 10 selected measurements.

"Correlations" views can accept up to 15 measurements except for the "correlations matrix" view which can take up to 40.

In the "Other actions" column, the "ratios and differences" view and the "number of animals tested" view each accept up to 15 measurements.
