Data must be entered for at least 5 strains. For strains that have no data, leave the fields blank. If you have data for both sexes, do two separate runs. It is possible to enter binary data (ones and zeros) to represent genotypes and similar.

It is also possible to find measurements that are correlated to the ratio or difference of any two MPD measurements. To do this, use the Plots and Tools wizard and select Compute Ratios and Differences.
