In the Find Genomic Regions exploratory tool, for queries where neither group included the reference strain C57BL/6J, plotted bar heights sometimes did not adequately indicate the underlying SNP differences between the two strain groups. This bug has been fixed... users of the Find Genomic Regions exploratory tool should always verify results by clicking through to the SNP strain comparison plot. |

When the polymorphism matrix tool was run using CGD1 imputed data, computed % polymorphic was incorrect (imputed alleles are represented using lower case but the matrix computation erroneously considered eg. "g" different from "G"). The problem is now fixed, however any polymorphism matrices involving CGD1 imputed allele data that were produced from 29May2008 until 04Sep2008 should be considered incorrect. |
