The first row in each table gives the field names. Blank (null) fields are represented by equals-sign (=). The MPD data model / schema is also available. Usage terms and conditions         Download-related requests & suggestions File Description   measurements.txt Defines and describes each MPD measurement. Contains one row per MPD phenotypic measurement. More info   animaldatapoints.zip Contains one row per individual animal data point, for all animals and all MPD measurements. (Data that were submitted by investigators as strain means aren't present in this file.) More info   summstats.zip Strain means and associated summary statistics for all MPD measurements. Contains one row per strain / sex / measurement. More info   strains.txt All mouse strains having phenotype data in the MPD. Contains one row per strain. More info   Contributed project data files Project data sets submitted by investigators. Usually one row per animal. These are available as flat files or Excel spreadsheets. Click here for a list of all available project data sets.   Individual measurements & customized data sets One of the tools accessible via the Plots & tools wizard allows you to build a download file of any collection of measurements you choose, in the form of strain means or individual animal data points. You can also select strains. The general approach is to start at the home page, locate data of interest, then begin the Plots & tools wizard Then choose the "create your own data set" tool .   assaystats.zip Aggregate summary statistics for each MPD measurement. For example, one row contains the average heart rate for all male mice measured. Contains one row per MPD numeric phenotypic measurement per sex. More info   sexdiff.zip Sex difference values for all MPD measurements. For example, it contains the difference in heart rate between the average for DBA/2J female, and the average for DBA/2J male. This difference value is normalized except in cases where male & female have opposite sign (+/-) or where male value is 0 or female value is 0. Contains one row per numeric MPD phenotypic measurement per strain. More info   corrstrong.zip Correlation coefficients between all possible combinations of two numeric MPD measurements. Only those pairs having a best pearson of magnitude 0.5 or better are retained. Measurement pairs are correlated based on strain/sex means. Contains one row per measurement pair / sex.
