This study was conducted on the same set of mice rated for wildness and ease of handling (Wahlsten2). Wahlsten1 data were measured at two different sites, Edmonton and Portland. The data were pooled to compute strain means for the above MPD measurements.
Comparability across testing sites: MPD has computed correlations to look at comparability / reproducability of results across the two testing sites: Wahlsten1_sitecorrs.csv . Strain/sex averages were correlated to compare Edmonton vs. Portland for brain morphology and behavior components (the latter was added March 2014). Pearson and Spearman statistics are available as well as pvalue on the Pearson.
