Mice were evaluated for psychomotor effects of the dopamine D1-like agonist R-6-Br-APB and the dopamine D2-like agonist quinelorane, both at four different doses, using a locomotor activity procedure.

Procedures conducted:
• open field test  Locomotor activity. Baseline (saline) vs. dopamine agonists i.p. (several doses). 3h session.

Mice: inbred   15 strains   ♀♂   age 8-10wks   1 experimental group
