An investigation into the effects of trichloroethylene. There were 3 cohorts: 1) naive mice; 2) control group orally administered vehicle (corn oil); 3) treated group orally administered trichloroethylene (TCE 2100 mg/kg) in vehicle.

Procedures conducted:
• metabolic panel  Blood urea nitrogen, alanine transaminase, aspartate transaminase (serum). Baseline and trichloroethylene-exposed (several timepoints). No fast.
• drug and metabolite quantification  Trichloroethylene metabolites in serum, 2h, 4h, 24h after trichoroethylene exposure.
