MPD measurements analyzed in UCLA EMMA GWAS study

UCLA/ZarLab performed genome-wide association studies on selected MPD measurements using EMMA. Eligible MPD measurements have 20 or more strains (wild-derived strains omitted). Use this page to locate MPD measurements for which GWAS results are available and to navigate to results on the UCLA/ZarLab site. Analyses will be updated periodically.

It is also possible to create a phenotype data file and do your own GWAS analysis on UCLA's EMMA Server site. You might want to do this for measurements that have not been pre-run, or for more flexibility vs. the pre-run analysis.
