Genotype variation data files can be created for you on request,
for retrievals that cannot readily be gotten via the web application.

Be sure to precisely indicate the desired:
- mouse strains
- filtering, such as polymorphism between particular strains
- genomic region, list of genes or locations, etc.
- desired gene consequence annotations (such as coding, UTR, intronic, or any)
- specific data sets to use
We'll follow up with any clarifications necessary.
Your result will have one row per genomic location.
Each row will include the chromosome basepair location, requested strain calls,
and annotation fields. More info on fields
Your file will generally be in CSV format and be openable in Excel unless it is very large.
Availability of this free service is as our resources permit,
and is subject to file size limitations.... it might not be feasible where results are
expected to be very large.
Much of the data we present is available directly from supplying sources, so
we may sometimes refer you elsewhere to get data.
Please feel free to contact us to discuss what you need, and
please don't spider the MPD web site for genotype data
(this can cause degraded MPD performance for all users... which isn't fair).
We appreciate being notified of publications resulting from this work.
