Data changelog No updates/corrections.       Initial release date: 10/2009.
We describe and test a method of analysis, based on a linear mixed model, that accounts for the correlation structure of recombinant inbred intercross (RIX) populations. For detailed information see Tsaih et al 2005. The original file only had genotypes of CxB RI lines. Author used her own R function to impute RIX genotypes from RI lines.

QTL data set parameters:
Progenitor strains BALB/cByJ     C57BL/6ByJ
Cross direction notationSee LineName column in phenotype data set
Cross typeRI intercross
Population size 105 ♀     106 ♂
Notesthe RIX phenotype file has 211 mice; the CxB RI line has 8 mice
