Project Drug study: Psychomotor response to dopamine agonists in 15 mouse strains

Mice were evaluated for psychomotor effects of the dopamine D1-like agonist R-6-Br-APB and the dopamine D2-like agonist quinelorane, both at four different doses, using a locomotor activity procedure.

Study design: baseline and intervention in various doses; 1 cohort.
