An electroconvulsive threshold test was applied to assess frontal and transcorneal induced seizures and their suppression with lamotrigene. For each strain/sex/measurement the following summary data were supplied: median value, N, and the 95% confidence interval. (In this project these median values are referred to as "means" in MPD data displays but they are really medians as described). Measurements for individual mice were not supplied. Assays were performed at two sites, Bar Harbor and Salt Lake City. Measurement descriptions use the following abbreviations:
"CC50" = Critical current (milli Amps) for 50% of the mice of a strain to reach seizure response (endpoint)
"CC97" = Critical current (milli Amps) for 97% of the mice of a strain to reach seizure response (endpoint)
"ED50" = Median effective dose (mg/kg)
"BH" = Assays performed in Bar Harbor
"SL" = Assays performed in Salt Lake City

• electroconvulsion test  Electroconvulsive thresholds. Lamotrigine. 2 test sites.
