Mouse strain data by gene or marker
MPD has these types of mouse strain characterization data associated with gene symbols or chromosome coordinate ranges:
    • SNP and genotype variation data
    • gene expression strain survey data
    • phenotype data tagged to specific genes or proteins

Search on gene symbol or name keyword:

Search on chromosome location range Mbp or bp
e.g. 4:85.74-86.43   or e.g. 4:85740000-86430000     Max = 10 Mbp

These types of searches can also be done via MPD search at the top of any page.
You can also list genes/markers by symbol or location range from here

All chromosome coordinates in MPD are GRCm38. We import coordinates, nomenclature, and attributes for genes and markers from MGI on a regular basis. Please refer to MGI for authoritative / in-depth information on genes and features. Our authoritative source for gene nomenclature and coordinates for servicing database searches is MGI's MRK_List2.rpt download file. We retain these biotypes: genes, pseudogenes, gene segments, DNA segments, Mit markers, miR features, and QTLs. Gene annotation on genotype variation data and gene expression data are closely associated with supplied data and may vary from current MGI annotation.
