Correlations with p < 0.001 and nstrains ≥ 12 are computed and saved in advance and this tool retrieves from that table.

The large number of eligible probeset data instances increases the liklihood of strong mathematical correlations occurring by chance.

[1] DPV = data point variance filter. Stricter settings will omit instances where data points have more variance amongst animal replicates within a strain/sex group. To see DPV hover your mouse pointer over the p value.
